In a boston tin place the following:
40 ml Buffalo Trace bourbon
40 ml Peach juice
40 ml Peach puree
25 ml Jasmine tea
50 ml Aperol foam
3 Drops of Aromatic bitters
Add ice cubes
Shake
Fine strain into the serving glass
Add 50 ml Aperol foam and 3 Drops of Aromatic bitters
Garnish with a thyme
