In a shaker tin place the following:
1 Lemongrass – cut into small pieces – Crush / Muddle
4 Raspberries
100 ml Peach juice
75 ml Guava juice
5 ml Elderflower syrup
5 ml Sugar cane syrup
5 ml Lemon juice
Add ice cubes
Shake
Strain into the serving glass over fresh ice
Garnish with the purple shisho leaves and 1 raspberry
