METHOD AND INGREDIENTS

In a boston tin place the following:

1/8 Pomelo (no skin) and 1 Tablespoon blueberries – Muddle
50 ml Belvedere vodka
10 ml Elderflower syrup
5 ml Cane syrup
25 ml Grapefruit juice
Add ice cubes
Shake
Fine strain into the serving glass
Garnish with a floregano
