METHOD AND INGREDIENTS

In a boston tin place the following:

10 ml chilli syrup
25 ml Belvedere vodka
15 ml Aperol
25 ml orange juice
35 ml Champagne (top up)
Add ice cubes
Shake
Fine strain into the serving glass and top up with the champagne
Garnish the passion banana leaf
