METHOD AND INGREDIENTS

In a boston tin place the following:

40 ml El Dorado 3 years
20 ml Ume shu
20 ml Apricot brandy
20 ml Lime juice
2 Drops of balsamic vinegar
5 ml Cane syrup
Add ice cubes
Shake
Fine strain into the serving glass
Garnish with a lime peel
